"This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which brands and influencers may be eligible for a refund during a campaign on our platform. By engaging in any campaign, you agree to the following conditions:
If the influencer rejects a brand's campaign invite before any work commences, the brand is entitled to a 100% refund of the total payment. The refund will be processed and transferred to the brand's account within 3-5 working days from the date of the rejection.
In the unlikely event that the platform cancels the campaign due to unforeseen circumstances or breaches of terms by the influencer, the brand will also be eligible for a 100% refund of the total payment. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days of the cancellation notice.
Any remaining funds, after deducting payments for the approved deliverables, will be refunded to the brand's account within 3-5 working days of the opt-out request. The brand is required to formally notify the platform of their decision to opt out of the campaign to initiate this process.
If a brand rejects any deliverable (script, video, live link) after the maximum number of allowed revisions (three revisions per submission type), they must provide a valid reason for the rejection or suggest changes for improvement. Failure to provide adequate feedback may result in delays in processing refunds or other actions as deemed appropriate by the platform.
If a deliverable is rejected after the maximum number of revisions, the project related to that specific deliverable will be considered cancelled. The milestone payment for the rejected deliverable will be transferred to the influencer, and the remaining balance of the payment will be refunded to the brand.
All refunds, whether full or partial, will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of the cancellation, rejection, or opt-out notice. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the brand.
The remaining 50% of the total payment will be transferred to the influencer 7 days after the approved video or deliverable goes live, provided there are no disputes or pending issues.
By participating in any campaign, both brands and influencers agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. These terms are binding and enforceable under applicable law.
In case of any disputes arising from this Refund Policy, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation facilitated by the platform. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration as per the platform's Terms of Service.
The platform reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the platform's website, and continued use of the platform services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
