100% Refund Eligibility


Full Refund Due to Influencer Rejection:

If the influencer rejects a brand's campaign invite before any work commences, the brand is entitled to a 100% refund of the total payment. The refund will be processed and transferred to the brand's account within 3-5 working days from the date of the rejection.


Full Refund Due to Campaign Cancellation by the Platform:

In the unlikely event that the platform cancels the campaign due to unforeseen circumstances or breaches of terms by the influencer, the brand will also be eligible for a 100% refund of the total payment. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days of the cancellation notice.


Partial Refunds for Campaign Opt-Out by the Brand


Refunds for Mid-Campaign Opt-Out:

If the brand decides to discontinue the campaign after it has started, a partial refund will be provided. The refund amount will be calculated based on the deliverables completed and approved up to the point of the opt-out:10% of the Total Payment** is allocated to the influencer upon the approval of the script submission.15% of the Total Payment** is allocated to the influencer upon the approval of the deliverable submission (e.g., video or story).25% of the Total Payment** is allocated to the influencer upon the approval of the live link submission.50% of the Total Payment** is allocated to the influencer 7 days after the video or other deliverable goes live.


Remaining Refund Amount:

Any remaining funds, after deducting payments for the approved deliverables, will be refunded to the brand's account within 3-5 working days of the opt-out request. The brand is required to formally notify the platform of their decision to opt out of the campaign to initiate this process.


Rejection and Feedback Requirements


Rejection Feedback:

If a brand rejects any deliverable (script, video, live link) after the maximum number of allowed revisions (three revisions per submission type), they must provide a valid reason for the rejection or suggest changes for improvement. Failure to provide adequate feedback may result in delays in processing refunds or other actions as deemed appropriate by the platform.


Project Cancellation Due to Rejection:

If a deliverable is rejected after the maximum number of revisions, the project related to that specific deliverable will be considered cancelled. The milestone payment for the rejected deliverable will be transferred to the influencer, and the remaining balance of the payment will be refunded to the brand.


Payment and Refund Timeline


Refund Processing Time:

All refunds, whether full or partial, will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of the cancellation, rejection, or opt-out notice. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the brand.


Final Payment to Influencers:

The remaining 50% of the total payment will be transferred to the influencer 7 days after the approved video or deliverable goes live, provided there are no disputes or pending issues.


Legal Terms and Conditions


Agreement to Terms:

By participating in any campaign, both brands and influencers agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. These terms are binding and enforceable under applicable law.


Dispute Resolution:

In case of any disputes arising from this Refund Policy, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation facilitated by the platform. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration as per the platform's Terms of Service.


Changes to the Refund Policy:

The platform reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the platform's website, and continued use of the platform services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
